Sunday Times poll shows growing support for Scottish Liberal Democrats

Commenting on today’s Norstat poll reported in the Sunday Times, Scottish Liberal Democrat leader Wendy Chamberlain MP said:

“This poll shows a growing number of people backing Scottish Liberal Democrats, both in key constituencies where we can deny the SNP a majority and on the peach regional ballot.

“Our campaign so far has been energetic, upbeat and focused on the issues that matter most like access to healthcare and the cost of living.

“The poll also makes clear that people are seeing through Reform UK. No one wants to import the divisive politics of Donald Trump and Nigel Farage to Scotland, especially when it’s clear that so many of its candidates are deeply odd. If you want change with fairness at its heart you should back the Scottish Liberal Democrats.”
