Rennie responds to Offord radio interview

Responding to Malcolm Offord’s appearance on BBC Radio Scotland this morning, in which he said that Nigel Farage was the victim of an “establishment stitch-up”, Scottish Liberal Democrat Willie Rennie MSP said:

“For years, Lord Malcom Offord represented the establishment, but now he is pretending to be the champion of the anti-establishment.

“It is Nigel Farage who is stitching up the voters in Clacton by attempting to draw them into his own personal vanity project.

“While Nigel Farage spends his summer fighting with Count Binface, Liberal Democrat MSPs will be out speaking to our constituents and fixing the issues that matter to them.”
