Greene: Calamity Kemi should apologise for cheerleading Iran War which is sending prices soaring

Scottish Liberal Democrat MSP Jamie Greene has today said that Kem Badenoch should use her visit to Scotland today to apologise for cheerleading US and Israeli strikes on Iran which have sent global energy prices soaring.

On March 2nd she declared: “The Conservative Party stands behind America, taking this necessary action against state-sponsored terror”.

Mr Greene said:

“Rather than cheerleading for Donald Trump, Kemi Badenoch should be using her visit to Scotland to apologise to all the households who are seeing their bills soar.

“As soon as Trump started bombing, Calamity Kemi leapt in to say what a brilliant idea it was. It’s like she learned nothing from Iraq. Her judgment is terrible.

“If you’re a former Conservative voter who is tired of being led into long and expensive in wars in the Middle East, you should back Scottish Liberal Democrats on your peach regional ballot.”
