Cole-Hamilton responds to BMA strike ballot

Responding to the news that that junior doctors will be balloted over strike action, Scottish Liberal Democrat health spokesperson Alex Cole-Hamilton MSP said:

“On the eve of their party conference, this decision is a huge humiliation for the SNP.

“Irrelevant arguments about the constitution are the very last things exasperated staff and patients want to hear.

“Ministers need to focus on what really matters. That starts by getting round the table and finding a swift resolution.”
