Care service reforms should be ditched not delayed

Commenting on delays to the timeline for the Scottish Government’s reforms of social care, Scottish Liberal Democrat leader Alex Cole-Hamilton said:
"These proposals don't need to be delayed, they need to be ditched.
"The Scottish Government have completely failed to explain how these plans would make care staff or service users better off.
"Scottish Liberal Democrats are determined to stop this billion pound bureaucracy for good."
