Grant Toghill
Candidate for Paisley and Renfrewshire North
Grant has grown up in the constituency and previously stood for council for the Bishopton, Bridge of Weir & Langbank ward in the 2022 Scottish Local Elections.
A software engineer by trade, Grant lived in Erskine for 26 years before moving to Bishopton where he now lives.
A local campaigner who has campaigned locally on issues ranging from the need for a new high school for Dargavel to calling for more support to prevent a closure a local veterans’ care home.
Grant is a local youth group leader and has a keen interest in young people getting the best chance at life and making sure that local facilities are available and meet the needs of the community.
