DEADLINES for Spring Conference:

  • Constitutional Amendments: 13th February 2024 @ 5pm
  • Motions: 12th March 2024 @ 5pm
  • Mini Motions: 23rd April 2024 @ 5pm
  • Amendments to motions: Friday 10th May @ 5pm
  • Emergency Motions: Thursday 16th May @ 5pm

  • Final Agenda: Wednesday 8th May

Conference Dinner:

We will be hosting our Conference Dinner on the 18th of May in the Avon Room at Hamilton Town House!

Please fill out the checkout form corresponding to your booking to inform the Conference Team of your preferences.

Tickets are on sale until the 29th of April. This is to ensure that the Conference Team have sufficient time to create a seating plan and liaise with the venue on dietary requirements.
