Throughout the 36 years that I have carried a party card for the Liberal [and later Liberal Democratic] Party I have fought for these basic, core principals and goals:
- Fair votes to empower all our Citizens in democratic involvement
- A strong and competent economy to help provide a
- Healthy and well-educated people
- Mankind enjoying but not damaging our World
I support the Liberal Democrats because I consider that we have the best policies to approach and achieve these goals.
My two years as Councillor for Castle Ward of Stirling Council has built on a working career in industry and science and my degree in Politics. Council work and my duties within my community have given me valuable experience and understanding of the issues facing us in Stirling.
I will campaign diligently for us, before and when the next General Election is announced. Stirling Liberal Democrats are proud of our record in serving the Community and we must broadcast to the Electorate messages of the policies that deserve to be converted into action through Parliament.
I seek your support for the campaign ahead; we need a lot of hard work and time and cash. Most of all, we need fresh and enthusiastic people to expand our Team.
