Reacting to Lord Gill’s Report of the Scottish Civil Courts Review, which was published today, Robert Brown MSP, Liberal Democrat Justice spokesman said:

“The Liberal Democrats have long campaigned for reform of the Scottish civil justice system. We believe Lord Gill’s recommendations will improve access to justice for all.

“The extension of in court advice services is particularly welcome and should help court users to navigate what can often be a confusing and worrying situation.”
